Investor Terms & Conditions

Best Princess Limousine LLC – Dubai, UAE

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Best Princess Limousine LLC (“the Company”) and the individual or entity (“the Investor”) who invests a vehicle for use in the Company’s licensed limousine operations.

1. Vehicle Ownership & Registration

All vehicles provided by the Investor shall be registered under the name of Best Princess Limousine LLC for the duration of the contract period in accordance with RTA and Dubai licensing regulations.
The vehicle remains in the operational fleet and under the company’s commercial registration throughout the agreed service term.

2. Contract Term

Standard contract terms are 36 or 48 months.
After completion of the initial term, the Investor has two options:
- Transfer Ownership: The vehicle can be de-registered from the company and transferred to the Investor’s name as a private vehicle.
- Extended Operation: If the Investor wishes to continue using the vehicle for limousine service, they may extend the contract up to 60 months (5 years), during which the vehicle must remain registered under the Company.

3. Financial Responsibilities

The Investor is responsible for all operating and compliance costs of the vehicle during the agreement term, including:

Monthly installment or lease payments (if applicable)
RTA registration & renewal (Mulkiya)
Insurance premiums
Salik (toll) charges
Traffic fines
Accident repair costs
Regular maintenance and servicing

4. Usage & Operational Rights

The vehicle will be operated under Best Princess Limousine’s RTA permit and used exclusively for company bookings and platforms (e.g., Yango, Uber, private clients).
The Company is responsible for managing bookings, assigning drivers (if applicable), and generating business for the vehicle.

5. Revenue & Profit Sharing

Profit-sharing or monthly return structure (e.g., fixed amount or percentage-based) will be outlined in a separate agreement or schedule.
The Company will provide transparent reporting of trip history, earnings, and deductions (if agreed).

6. Early Termination & Withdrawal

Investors must provide a 60-day written notice if they wish to withdraw the vehicle before the contract ends.
Early termination may incur penalties or forfeiture of any pending earnings, subject to case review.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Best Princess Limousine is not liable for loss, theft, or mechanical failure unless caused by gross negligence of the Company.
Investors acknowledge that returns are based on actual business performance and no fixed ROI is guaranteed.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations applicable in Dubai.
